Describe yourself in five sentences or less: I'm a recent college graduate, and I'm trying to navigate a world that I've ignored for a very long while. I love tabletop gaming, video games, writing (both original and fanfiction), comic books (I'm a huge Garth Ennis fan), sci-fi, fantasy, post-apocalyptia, and all furry animals except for cats. I'm currently trying to find a job at a university so I can fund my master's degree. I want to avoid politics because I get enough of that in real life. I'm a very introverted person in real life, so I hope that I can branch out online a little.

I mostly post about: Fandom and fanfiction, as I'm an avid fanfiction writer, though I haven't published much. I may occasionally post about my rabbit, Daenerys.

I rarely post about: My personal life, as I'm a pretty private and shy person. I do have this perverse love of hearing about other people's personal life...

My three last posts were about: Star Trek tabletop game, ASOIAF fanfiction, Star Trek Discovery

How often do you post?: I try to post a couple times a week, maybe more. 

How about commenting?: I greatly prefer commenting to posting, to be honest, and I allow anonymous posting on my journal.

We also don't have much in common fandom-wise (I will always be a TNG girl, but it's not that high up in my fandoms atm), but what the hey, we can maybe give it a try anyway? My revival post, though it's several months old now.

Just checked out your journal, and I think I squeed when I saw that you're into Pacific Rim. Oh, my love for giant monsters and robots will never fade.

Being a college grad is a little scary, so I'm trying to crawl back into the warm comforting womb of graduate studies as soon as possible.

Tabletop Gaming and Fallout, you say?

I don't post much about Fallout, but I post relatively frequently about the tabletop games I'm in (one homebrew based on Exalted, one Call of Cthulhu) and write reviews of the video games I've finished (though not recently because I'm in the middle of a long JRPG). Plus some stuff about my life and work.

Ooh, Exalted, you say? I've always wanted to run a campaign at that myself, but it's difficult getting people in my area interested in anything other than D&D/Pathfinder.

My high school/university experience was mostly with White Wolf players, so it was an easy jump over to Exalted when it came out.

I ran a game for five years--the longest game I've ever run--and still write fiction updates to the plot, since the game fell apart due to everyone moving away before we finished the story.

I have another idea for a game that I'm hoping to get off the ground at some point. Plus the occasional ridiculous idea.
