Describe yourself in five sentences or less: I'm Finnish Literature Major from Uni of Helsinki and I just graduated, so we're living interesting times since I don't know what to do with myself and my life after 6 years of more or less intense studying. I'm passionate reader and a book-lover. I do cosplay with my partner in crime and I've been doing that for 7 years now, so it's probably not going to change anytime soon. I'm terrible easily addicted to new things and I'm a sucker for all kinds of geeky things. LGBT rights, feminism and all that jazz. I'm pretty liberal in my views; if you're happy and not hurting anyone then I don't care what you are/what you like, it's probably cool by me. 

Top 5 Fandoms: Star Wars, Game of Thrones, Supernatural, Harry Potter, Kingdom Hearts. These are probably my main ones I keep coming back to over and over again.

I mostly post about: Daily life, what I'm currently stressing/reading/eating/planning/doing/etc. I've never written a journal in English before, so I'm not sure what kind of topics I'll tend to go with this language. But since it's pretty hecking quiet in Finnish side of this site, I'm trying my wings out here as well. I'll probably worry a lot about cosplaying and how I hate my life choices, but hey, it's all in good humor.

I rarely post about: My relationship in terms of sex life or emotional struggles. Politics. I have strong political views, but current state of many things gets me so worked up and mad I feel it's just better not to write about those things after raging about them to all your friends and family.

My last three posts were about: Graduating, what I'm currently reading, money and how I really want to get our balcony to look nice, but how it's difficult when all out windows are facing South and it's like sauna out there and everything died last year, but now we're going to prepare ourselves to this battle with some tough-ass-plants that can survive in the sunlight.

How often do I post?: I aim for once a week but some times I write more, some times less, I don't know what happens now when I try tackling two languages at once. I'm not stressing myself about this matter, I'll write when I feel like I have something to write about.

How about commenting?: I comment if I feel like I have something to say. :)

Oh, would you have any recommendations of Finnish books that have been translated into English? I always think of all the books in the world I miss out on because I don't know the language!

I always recommend Tove Jansson and her Moomin books or if you're not into fantasy then The Summer Book by her. You can also check my goodreads account and my see my read books there because it's pretty easy to check if the books have English editions (many of them do). :) Or if you dm me about your taste in books I can give more specific recommendations.

I feel ya on politics, living in the US with one of the worst presidents in this country's history, and on this planet right now. There is no shortage of things to be upset about, but sometimes I just need to breathe and refocus so I can tackle the day in a more healthy and functional way, you know?

I'd also be interested in any Finnish books that have been translated into English. And congrats on graduating!

Hello and I'm so sorry it took me forever to answer (been super busy with my life in general and I haven't even opened a computer for a while :C)! And surely, I'll add you right away. :) Slash is totally not a problem, I'm into it too, but I don't write about it here too much, to be honest.

And no worries, my journal is 100% spoiler free :) I'm so behind on episodes like on every show I follow.
