• I’ve gotten the equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Disability Studies on the autodidact-home-school plan. My thesis was making WisCon more accessible to members in all our wonderful variety.

I'm lucky enough to live within walking distance, so I'm commuting in, as it were. Good thing I live so close by, considering the panel I'm on early Sunday morning--uf da! :)

Saw you lived in CHI -- I attended a Think Galacticon.

I'm also a Madisonian. WisCon? I used to be on City Committees a lot, re transportation -- peds, bikes, buses, parking.

Before 2007 I lived through mailing lists--disability studies, Bruce Cockburn.

i think it was at the monona terrace that year and people had written stuff on frozen lake monona with their footprints. IIRC lol
